Studio always shows the complete menu bar after opening a solution

On macOS, opening a solution can initially leave Objo Studio showing an incomplete application or chooser menu bar, omitting IDE commands including the Scripts menu. Switching to another application and back restores the complete menu. Studio should show the complete solution-window menu immediately.
