Git integration is available when debugging Studio on Linux and Windows

Git integration reports that Git is unavailable when Objo Studio is run from a local Debug build on Linux. Debug builds on all supported desktop platforms should prepare Studio’s bundled Git runtime so developers can exercise repository setup, status, commits, and branch operations from the IDE.
