Calendar controls now remain visually intact when resized in the Designer

Resizing a Calendar control below the size required by its month view allows the calendar contents to render outside the control's Designer bounds. The Designer should enforce the Calendar control's minimum usable dimensions so its preview and selection outline remain aligned.
