Toolbar spacing is now restored correctly after re-widening a window

When a window's toolbar is narrowed so the overflow (…) button appears and the window is then widened again, the toolbar's flexible space no longer re-expands: the buttons stay clustered on the left and unwanted empty padding remains to the right of the last button. Toolbar spacing is now restored correctly after re-widening.
