Debugged macOS apps now show the project name in the Dock and app switcher

When a desktop project is run or debugged from a released macOS build of Objo Studio, the Application menu uses the project's correct name but the Dock and app switcher show Objo.Host.Desktop. The Dock and app switcher should use the project's configured display name and icon consistently with built and published applications.
