TreeView node tags now remain available after creation methods return

Tags assigned to nodes added to a TreeView can become Nothing after the method that created the nodes returns, even though the nodes remain visible and selectable. A TreeView must keep its stored nodes and their tags alive until the nodes are removed or the TreeView is destroyed.
