Studio remains responsive after Minimize All with Settings open

When Settings is open on Windows, using Minimize All can hide the Settings window while leaving Studio's disabled main window visible. Studio then appears frozen even though the hidden Settings window is still blocking it. Studio should remain responsive and Settings should remain recoverable without requiring Alt-Tab or Task Manager.
