Public summary

Objo Studio currently accepts breakpoints on blank and comment-only lines inside member bodies. Because those lines contain no executable instruction, the breakpoints can never pause execution. Studio should ignore attempts to add them while continuing to allow stale breakpoints on those lines to be removed.
