Public summary
On Windows and Linux, adding an in-window menu bar can reduce a window’s logical content height when the rendered menu is taller than the runtime’s initial estimate. Controls near the bottom edge may move closer to the frame or become clipped. The window should reserve the menu’s actual rendered height so its designed content area and child-control coordinates remain unchanged.
