Invalid module member access is diagnosed only at runtime

Accessing an undeclared member on an Objo module can pass compilation and fail only when executed. The runtime error also describes the module as a class. Invalid module member access should be rejected during static analysis, and any defensive runtime error should identify the receiver as a module.
