Delete and Backspace do not delete projects from the Solution Navigator

Pressing Delete or Backspace while a project is selected in the Solution Navigator does nothing. These keys should invoke the same guarded project-deletion workflow as the Delete Project context-menu command, including its confirmation and eligibility checks.
