Modeless HTMLViewer windows preserve async method receivers

Evaluating a stale or out-of-scope debugger watchpoint during an asynchronous control event could corrupt the running program's VM state. A later method call could then incorrectly report that its receiver was Nothing. Debugger expression evaluation must remain isolated from the user program.
