Keep Find and Replace controls aligned when resizing Studio

When the Studio window is narrowed or moved to a lower-resolution display, the Find and Replace text fields can retain their previous width and overlap the right-aligned command buttons and overflow menu. The fields should shrink with the panel while commands that no longer fit move into the overflow menu.
