Make the Stop command clearer in the debugger toolbar

When an application is running or being debugged, the enabled Stop command uses a thin outlined square that can resemble an unchecked checkbox. Use the existing cross-in-circle symbol so the command is easier to identify at a glance while retaining its Stop label, tooltip, keyboard shortcut, and accessible name.
