Solution editor window does not remember resized bounds

The solution editor window opens maximised every time and does not remember a user-resized normal size or screen position after closing and reopening a solution. Expected behaviour is that Studio restores the last usable editor-window placement, so users who prefer a smaller solution window do not need to resize it every session.
