Public summary
Objo Studio allows a constant to be renamed to the case-insensitive name of another constant in the same Window, class, or module scope. The compiler also accepts the resulting duplicate declarations, allowing the later value to silently replace the earlier one. Studio should reject the rename immediately and the compiler should report a duplicate same-scope constant declaration.
