Keep Studio item-creation menus alphabetically ordered

Studio's Insert menu, toolbar Add flyout, Test Helper submenu, and Navigator Add-item contextual menus do not consistently alphabetise comparable commands. Creation commands should be presented alphabetically within their existing functional groups so users can scan them predictably.
