Add Event Handler dialog supports keyboard selection immediately

The Add Event Handler dialog preselects its first event but does not give the event list keyboard focus. Select All therefore does nothing until the list is clicked. The picker also does not support selecting an event by typing the start of its name. The list should receive focus when the dialog opens, the platform Select All shortcut should work immediately, and typing an event-name prefix should select the first matching event.
