Designer windows can inherit from other designer windows without generated member conflicts

Designer-backed Window items cannot currently inherit from another designer-backed Window because Studio injects identically named private layout-initialisation members into both classes. Compilation reports that the generated property and method hide superclass members. Designer Window inheritance should compile while initialising both the inherited and derived layouts.
