Document constructor inheritance and implicit construction rules

The Classes documentation did not describe how constructors behave with inheritance. It was not stated whether constructors are inherited from a parent class, whether a subclass constructor must call Super.Constructor(...), whether an implicit parameterless constructor exists when a class declares none, or whether Override is legal on a constructor declaration. The Classes page now documents all of these rules.
