Toolbar add-item opens the toolbar editor instead of selecting the new navigator item

Adding a Toolbar to a project immediately opens the toolbar editor. Every other item added from the Solution navigator (Window, Class, Container, Menu Bar, etc.) is simply added to the navigator and selected; the Toolbar is the only exception.

Expected: adding a Toolbar selects the new item in the Solution navigator without switching to the toolbar editor, matching the behaviour of all other add-item commands.
