Chart controls retain their old colours after appearance changes

A Chart using its default theme background can retain its previous light or dark colours after the application appearance changes while the window is open. The surrounding window updates, leaving the chart with a mismatched background and text. Charts should redraw with the current theme unless a custom BackgroundColour has been assigned.
