Profiler CSV export should follow the displayed sort and filter

Exporting the profiler’s Hot Methods table as CSV ignores the column order selected in Studio and always writes the report’s original descending Self-time order. It also exports native methods after Show native methods has been cleared. The CSV should contain the rows currently displayed in Hot Methods, in their displayed order. Numeric values should retain their existing machine-readable precision rather than being rounded to the panel’s presentation precision.
