Deprecation message fields are labelled clearly

Objo Studio labels the optional guidance attached to deprecated types and members as simply Message. This makes the field look like general documentation, while its disabled state before Deprecated is selected makes the entire Advanced section appear unavailable. Label the field Deprecation message consistently wherever deprecation metadata can be edited.
