Web Slider previews do not match runtime controls

Web Slider controls have visibly different thumbs and tracks in the visual designer and the running browser app. At the maximum value, the browser thumb can also be clipped instead of remaining fully visible inside the control. The designer must accurately preview a runtime Slider whose complete range remains usable and visible.
