Double-clicking a Web control in the page designer does nothing

Double-clicking a control in the Web page designer does nothing. In desktop projects, double-clicking a control in the Window Designer opens the Add Event dialog (or jumps to the control's existing handler code when one exists). Web projects should behave the same way: double-clicking a control on the page designer should offer the control's available events, and open the handler code when a handler already exists.
