Detect mixed Me and implicit property self-assignment in event handler blocks

Objo Studio's self-assignment analyser misses equivalent property assignments when one side uses Me.Property and the other uses an unqualified property name in an inherited Event ... End Event block. In handlers such as App.Opening, the event source and handler owner are the same instance, so these mixed assignments are no-ops and should receive the appropriate property self-assignment warning. The analyser must remain quiet in contexts where Me and Self can refer to different objects, such as generated control handlers.
