Shelf controls reset the next double-click designer insertion position

Double-clicking a Timer or AudioPlayer in the desktop Window Designer Control Library correctly adds it to the shelf, but the next visual control added by double-click is placed near the top-left of the window and can overlap the first automatically inserted control. Visual controls should continue cascading from the last visual control on the window, regardless of shelf items inserted between them.
