TagField chip text sits off-centre when close buttons are hidden

When a TagField has TagsHaveCloseButton set to False, the text inside each tag chip is not horizontally centred: the chip keeps the small gap that normally separates the text from the close button, so the text sits left of centre and the pill is wider than it needs to be. Tag text should sit centred within the chip whether or not the chip shows a close button.
