Web ListBox rows allow misleading browser text selection

Dragging across Web ListBox rows can select the rows' browser text, producing a pale-blue block that looks like additional selected rows. ListBox chrome should prevent native page-text selection while preserving ordinary text selection inside an active editable cell.
