Nested enum member types are identified correctly by introspection

Introspection does not identify a class-nested enum when a property, field, method return, or method parameter declares that type using the valid short form available inside the owning class. For example, Property Current As State inside a class that declares Enum State produces a TypeInfo whose Name is State and whose IsEnum is False. It should describe the canonical nested type, such as Record.State, and report IsEnum = True.

Enums are not primitive types under Objo's introspection contract, so IsPrimitive = False is expected and should remain unchanged.
