Web labels cannot use custom text colours

In Web projects, Label controls cannot use a custom text colour. The Page Inspector does not offer TextColour, and assigning Label.TextColour in Objo code is rejected even though desktop labels and the Web text-input controls support the property.

Expected behaviour: Web Label should expose a theme-aware TextColour property in the Page Inspector and language API. Labels without an explicit colour should continue to follow the active Light, Dark, or System theme; an explicit colour should be preserved in the layout, previewed in Studio, emitted in generated source, and applied by the browser runtime.
