Web page designer keeps showing the old page name after a rename

Renaming a Web page in a Web project does not refresh the page's open designer: the simulated browser tab, the preview URL bar, the hierarchy root, and the empty-page placeholder ("Drag controls from the Library onto …") keep showing the previous page name (for example Page1) after the page has been renamed. Closing and reopening the designer shows the correct name.

Expected: all name displays in the open Web page designer follow the rename immediately, including undo/redo of the rename.
