TagField clips its leading tags when content fills the field

Setting a TagField's Text to several comma-separated entries (for example aa,bb,cc) scrolls the field so its first tags are clipped out of view. In the window designer the first tag appears "eaten"; the same can happen at runtime when Text is assigned in code before the field is focused. The tags are present (TagCount is correct) but not visible until the field is clicked. Expected: an unfocused TagField shows its tags from the left, exactly like a field the user typed into and left.
