Public summary

In a Web project, an ImageViewer with no image assigned draws a grey border around itself at runtime. In Desktop projects, an image-less ImageViewer is not visible at all, so an empty Web ImageViewer shows an unexpected box that has no Desktop counterpart.

After the fix, a Web ImageViewer with no image renders nothing, matching Desktop.
