Render window chrome for button status correctly

The inspector for a window allows the user to enable / disable minimise, zoom, resize and close buttons. The correct state needs to be visually represented in the visual designer. Currently they are always rendered as enabled. For instance, if the minimise property is false, the minimise button should be greyed out.
