Web ListBox columns cannot be resized by dragging the header divider

In a Web project, dragging the divider between ListBox column headers does not resize the columns. The divider stays where it was and no width change is committed, so users cannot adjust column widths at runtime. Column resizing by dragging works as expected on the desktop DataGrid.
