Dictionaries correctly preserve stored object lifetimes

Dictionaries should keep stored class instances and other reference values alive until those entries are removed, replaced, or the dictionary is released. Assigning through Dictionary.Value(key) can currently leave an instance with cleared properties after its original variable goes out of scope. Reading Values can also damage stored objects, and replacing or removing entries can leak them. Dictionary snapshots and literals should preserve normal object lifetimes.
