Web ListBox columns without a title show no caption instead of the desktop default captions

Desktop ListBox columns that have no title set show default captions ("Column 0", "Column 1", …) in the designer preview and in the running app. Web ListBox columns with no title set show a blank caption instead. The two surfaces should behave the same.

Web ListBox columns created without an explicit title now use the same default captions as desktop, in the designer preview and at runtime. Titles set in the Inspector's Column Headers editor continue to override the defaults, and an explicitly cleared title still shows as blank.
