Correct MenuBar documentation for new desktop projects

The MenuBar documentation shows MainMenuBar.CreateForApp(Self) in an example for a new desktop project. That method exists only when the menu bar has an App-owned event handler, so following the example can produce a compiler error. The example also opens the default window a second time. Clarify Studio's automatic menu and window setup and when each menu factory is available.
