Fix the broken PDF/A-3 link in the printing documentation and refresh the stale search index

The desktop printing documentation's SavePDF section links to the "PDF/A-3 Output And Embedded Files" section added with the PDF/A-3 e-invoicing work (#1524), but the link target did not match the anchor generated from that heading, so clicking the link did nothing. The link now resolves. The documentation search index was also stale and has been regenerated, so recently documented members such as the Web ListBox AllowColumnResize and HeaderHeight properties are searchable again.
