A Chart with one named series hides its legend on Bar, HorizontalBar, Line, and Scatter charts even when ShowLegend is True. The legend should display the series colour and name whenever it is enabled and there is a series to show. Currently, users cannot show a legend for a single-series chart, and the property appears to have no effect in that case.
