Window.SetBounds still causes jitter when moving and resizing windows

Window.SetBounds(left, top, width, height) can still cause visible jitter or rubber-banding when moving and resizing a window together on Windows. This is particularly noticeable when dragging the left or top edge of a custom window, where the opposite edge should remain stationary.

The method was introduced to apply the complete bounds together, but users report that switching to it has not improved this behaviour. Correct the combined update so custom window resizing does not pass through separate position and size states.
