Show the correct Inspector properties when selecting Plugins in the navigator

Selecting a Plugins folder or an individual plugin under Shared Code or a project can leave the Inspector showing properties from the previously selected navigator item. The Inspector should reflect the selected plugin item and should not offer properties belonging to another item.
