DrawPicture crops HiDPI pictures instead of scaling the complete image

Graphics.DrawPicture can crop and enlarge part of a high-density Picture instead of scaling the complete image into the requested destination rectangle. This is visible with Retina chart snapshots and pictures created with a scale factor greater than one, including when drawing into another Picture or a PrintJob page. The complete picture should fit the requested size at any display density.
