Web page designer Duplicate does not copy event handlers

Duplicating a control in a web project's page designer creates the copy without any of the original control's event handlers. The duplicated control looks identical in the designer, but none of its events are implemented, so the copy is inert until every handler is re-added by hand.

Desktop projects behave as expected: duplicating a control copies each implemented event handler and renames it to the new control name, so the copy keeps the original's behaviour. The web page designer should match.
