Keep Studio's macOS menu bar available in settings windows and dialogs

On macOS, focusing some Objo Studio settings windows and dialogs can leave the global menu bar showing only the Objo Studio application menu. Studio should provide appropriate menus for its active window and return to the solution window's menus correctly when a utility window closes, without requiring the user to switch to another application and back.
