SVG pictures no longer enlarge and displace subsequent text in PDFs and printouts

Drawing an SVG Picture into a PrintJob page can enlarge and displace text drawn afterwards. Text should retain the requested font size and page position, and the SVG should fit the requested destination rectangle without changing later drawing. This affects PDF export and the shared printing path.
