Inspector colour selections start transparent for controls with unset colours

Choosing a colour in the Inspector can leave it invisible until the opacity slider is adjusted. This affects the initial colour selection for desktop TagField tag colours and other controls with transparent defaults. New selections should start fully opaque, while colours already assigned by the developer should keep their chosen opacity.
