Restore default colours from the Inspector

After choosing a custom colour in the desktop or web Inspector, users cannot consistently restore the control's default colour. Theme colours need an explicit Use Default action that removes the override, so they follow the theme again. The Inspector should distinguish Default, Custom and mixed selections, preserve deliberately transparent colours, and make restoring defaults undoable.
